- Shine AS is a fully owned subsidiary of Nordic Health and is incorporated in Norway.
- Shine was established in 1998, has 12 employees and is located in Høvik. Shine AS has activities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
- Shine AS is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Shine Club brand products. The products are produced in Norway and Denmark and are based on high quality raw materials after high quality requirements.
All the sales of the company are being done using network sale strategy: the current customers and distributors are sponsoring new customers and distributors.
The business model can be summarized as follow:
- Prepaid monthly subscription, where distributors receive provision according to monthly sales- Commission based sales force. All customers that provide new customers receive commission based on new customers monthly order value.
- About 20 distributors work full time and about 50 work half time. In addition there are about 1.000 part time distributors.
